Incidence of the contract and the convention in real rights

Abstract
In this essay it is shown that there is a connection between contracts and real rights that is broader than just providing the real right title, which together with the mode, is necessary for its existence within a pre-established legal type. And this applies even to some real rights whose source is the law, not the contract. In most real rights, it is authorized to modify its scope by means of a contract or a mere convention, which, even though it is a bilateral legal act, does not configure a contract.
