Abstract

Drawing on the recent judgment in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization of the Supreme Court of the United States, in this contribution we intend to show how the process of control over the female body and human reproduction is a biopolitical technique, a modality that highlights cultural, market and social motives, while attempting to self-justify through the presumed nature of the woman herself.
