Resumen
Basándose en la reciente sentencia Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organisation del Tribunal Supremo de EE. UU., esta contribución pretende mostrar cómo el proceso de control sobre el cuerpo femenino y la reproducción humana es una técnica biopolítica, una modalidad que hace hincapié en motivos culturales, de mercado y sociales, al tiempo que intenta justificarse a través de la supuesta naturaleza de las propias mujeres.
